Common problems

The email has not arrived

Most mail arrives in under a minute. Check you copied the full address, wait a minute and press Refresh. Some sites block disposable addresses; if that happens, try a new address.

I lost my mailbox

If you saved a recovery code, open Account → Restore with a recovery code. Without a code we cannot tell which mailbox is yours, so we cannot recover it.

Report abuse

If someone used an address from this site to send you spam or harass you, email us with the address and the date. We do not send email from these addresses, but we will block abusive ones.
